6 May 2011: Board Upholds Parking Decision
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is gratified the Board of Adjustment unanimously upheld a previous decision that parking was more than adequate for the Phoenix Temple. The Church welcomes the Board’s suggestion to meet with neighbors a year after the Temple is completed to discuss any parking issues, should they arise. We are pleased that an equitable solution was reached that balances the parking concerns of neighbors with the practical aspects of designing and building the Temple.
